Under the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, 8,760 opportunity zone were created to promote economic development and job creation in low-income neighborhoods. This tracker examines the impact of opportunity zones, providing opportunity zone maps by state, federal funds allocations, as well as house price changes employing reliable data sources.
