Tracking the impact of opportunity zones

Under the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, 8,760 opportunity zone were created to promote economic development and job creation in low-income neighborhoods. How has this program changed communities by incentivizing long-term investment in such areas? This tracker examines the impact of opportunity zones, providing opportunity zone maps by state, federal funds allocations, as well as house price changes employing reliable data sources.
